ServQore provides website software, hosting infrastructure, and optional AI tools. You are responsible for how you configure and use the Service in your business. Before using regulated or sensitive features, confirm that you have appropriate policies, notices, consent records, and internal controls for:
- Telephone calls, SMS, email, marketing, opt-outs, and call recording or transcription on their customer-facing lines
- AI chatbots, AI voice agents, AI-generated content, and human review workflows
- Privacy notices, data subject rights, and deletion or export workflows for their own end users
- Payment disclosures, subscription terms, and refund policies shown to their own customers (if any)
- Accuracy of business information, services, pricing, hours, and licensing claims on their website
